  • The Student Finance Regulations stipulate the circumstances a refund can be issued. To view the regulations please visit https://www.mdx.ac.ae/studentfinance/tuition-fees-and-refunds-regulations All refunds are processed within 30 working days of receipt of the completed form, with the exception of Visa security deposit refund which will be issued 30 working days after final immigration clearance. Please note forms will not be accepted if they are submitted in advance i.e. before the withdrawal date, visa cancellation date, etc. Refunds will be paid into the bank account indicated within this form in AED only. Any charges incurred from the recipient bank will not be borne by the University. If the refund is requested to be deposited in a bank account other than the students then a letter of consent is required to be uploaded signed by the student (and parent / guardian for IFP and UG students).   • Please note if cash payment method is requested a maximum of 500 AED can be issued and additional approval is required from the Student Finance Commitee. The full 10 days processing time will be required for all cash requests .
