Job Description:
The role involves creating reports and visualizations, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, and assisting senior analysts with ongoing projects. It is an entry-level position designed to build practical data analysis skills in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect data from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and APIs
- Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel or BI tools
- Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements
- Document data processes and maintain records of analyses
- Support senior analysts with ad-hoc tasks and ongoing projects
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Excel, or any data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
