Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to generate new business and manage client relationships for our event services. The candidate will be responsible for bringing in new clients, handling inquiries, and converting leads into successful projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and identify business opportunities in events, corporate gifting, and branding
- Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable event solutions
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Follow up with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, design, production) for execution
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings to build pipeline
- Keep track of sales activities and update CRM/reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Good knowledge of UAE market is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Confident and presentable personality
- Client handling and relationship-building skills
- Time management and multitasking
