Job Description:
This internship provides law students with a structured, hands-on learning experience in arbitration, corporate advisory, and commercial contract work. Interns will support legal professionals through research, drafting, and case preparation while gaining practical exposure to real-world legal matters in a professional environment.
Key responsibilities:
Arbitration:
• Assist in institutional and ad hoc arbitration matters
• Support case preparation and documentation
• Conduct legal research related to disputes
Corporate Advisory:
• Support lawyers on corporate advisory tasks
• Conduct research on corporate and regulatory matters
• Assist in preparing internal notes or client materials
Commercial Contracts:
• Assist in drafting commercial agreements
• Review and analyze contract terms
• Support revisions and proofreading of legal documents
General Legal Support:
• Perform legal research across assigned matters
• Assist with document organization and case files
• Provide general support to the legal team as needed
Requirements:
• Law student, preferably in 2nd year or above. (Preferable)
• Basic understanding of arbitration, corporate law, and contract law.
• Ability to conduct legal research and analyze case law or regulations.
• Strong written English with attention to detail in legal drafting.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to work in a professional environment.
• Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to meet deadlines.
