Job Description:
Lead the end-to-end visa sales process, converting qualified leads into successful applications while guiding clients on the right visa options. Manage the full client journey, coordinate with operations and external partners, and ensure fast, accurate, and compliant case handling. Drive revenue growth, optimize the sales pipeline, and lead team performance while maintaining high client trust and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Sell visa services via discovery calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings

Qualify leads and recommend the correct visa category with clear reasoning

Maintain accurate client records in CRM with detailed notes and timestamps

Coordinate with VFS, consulates, and suppliers for appointments, biometrics, and courier returns

Escalate complex cases early with risk summaries and options

Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and provide weekly feedback

Cross-sell add-ons (insurance, priority services, courier)

Collect client reviews and handle service recovery when needed

Ensure compliance with visa rules, document integrity, and data privacy

Produce daily and weekly sales, pipeline, and risk reports

Meet or exceed revenue and conversion targets

Build sales strategy, pipeline structure, and playbooks

Lead team hiring, training, and performance management

Maintain ethical, client-first service standards (amanah)
Requirements:

Proven visa sales track record of at least AED 150K/month

Strong knowledge of visa categories and documentation requirements

Hands-on experience with CRM and WhatsApp Business

Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Experience coordinating with VFS, consulates, and external partners

Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently with attention to detail

Availability to work Dubai business hours with flexibility

High integrity and strong client-centric mindset

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

2–3 years in visa sales or related client advisory role

Documented proof of monthly sales and approval results

Strong presentation and objection-handling skills
-
Multilingual skills (Arabic, Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu) are a plus

UAE market experience preferred
