Job Description:
RadiantBiz is looking for a sharp, process-driven Zoho CRM Executive who knows the platform inside out. If you enjoy turning messy pipelines into clean, efficient systems and believe automation is a superpower — this role is built for you.
You’ll be the backbone of our CRM operations, ensuring that our sales, operations, and management teams have accurate data, smart automations, and real-time visibility to accelerate performance.
Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management & Optimization
- Oversee end-to-end Zoho CRM administration, customization, and configuration.
- Create, modify, and optimize modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and automation rules.
- Ensure CRM structure supports business processes across sales, renewal, and operations teams.
- Maintain data integrity, security, and accessibility across user roles and profiles.

Workflow Automation & Process Improvement
- Develop automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and enhance team productivity.
- Build workflows, rules, blueprints, and processes that streamline lead management and client lifecycle stages.
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements for system efficiency.

Data Accuracy, Reporting & Dashboards
- Ensure complete and accurate data entry across all CRM stages.
- Create, manage, and optimize dashboards and reports for leadership and sales teams.
- Monitor data hygiene and implement regular checks, cleanups, and corrections.

Sales Operations & Support
- Assist sales teams by providing real-time insights, lead behavior tracking, and performance analytics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM supports day-to-day operations.
- Train team members to effectively use CRM tools, features, and best practices.

Integration & Technical Coordination
- Collaborate with IT and external partners to integrate Zoho CRM with other apps (Zoho apps, telephony, WhatsApp, marketing tools, APIs).
- Troubleshoot system issues, bugs, and configuration problems.
- Ensure CRM scalability as the company grows.
Requirements:

2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (administration, customisation, automation).

Strong understanding of sales workflow management, pipelines, and CRM logic.

Experience with Zoho ecosystem apps (Zoho Books, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Desk, Zoho Flow etc ) is an advantage.

Ability to translate operational needs into system workflows.

Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in dashboards, reporting, and CRM analytics.

Understanding of API-based integrations is a plus.
