The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance processes.
We are looking for a creative and proactive HR Intern to support our Employer Branding initiatives. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented HR Intern to support Employer Branding and HR operations initiatives. The intern will contribute to enhancing the company’s digital presence, supporting employee engagement activities, assisting with LinkedIn & company website content management and creating organizational charts and HR documentation.
This role is ideal for someone interested in HR, marketing, communications and social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employer Branding & Digital Presence

Assist in updating and improving the company career page and website content

Coordinate with internal teams to gather content (employee testimonials, photos, culture highlights)

Help draft engaging content showcasing company culture and value
2. LinkedIn & Social Media Support

Support management of the company LinkedIn page

Create and schedule posts related to hiring, achievements, events, and employee stories

Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements

Research industry trends and competitor employer branding practices
3. Employee Engagement Activities

Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement initiatives

Support internal communication campaigns

Help design posters, emailers, and event announcements

Collect feedback and prepare engagement reports
4. Recruitment Marketing Support

Create attractive job post content

Assist in campus branding initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
