Job Description:
The Learning Designer is responsible for crafting engaging and innovative learning content that enhances knowledge and skills across store teams. With a focus on creative content development, they will work closely with subject matter experts to design impactful, learner-centric materials, including eLearning modules, videos, and in-person workshop resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews for potential candidates.
- Collaborate with HRBP and department heads in final selection decisions.
- Conduct orientation sessions and onboarding formalities for new employees.
- Support the HRBP in administrative tasks and departmental coordination.
- Assist in maintaining compliance across HR processes.
- Draft and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to ensure confidentiality.
