Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads while maintaining a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations and savvy investment advice.
- Lead property viewings, and manage intensive negotiations to ensure a seamless closing experience.
Requirements:
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build immediate rapport with high-net-worth clients.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of local RERA regulations and market trends.
