Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to support Employee Experience initiatives and provide operational assistance to the HR Business Partner (HRBP). The role involves coordinating engagement activities, managing HR documentation and data, and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness programs, and CSR initiatives.

Support in maintaining employee engagement calendars, feedback surveys, and post-event reports.

Help manage communication for HR events (emails, posters, QR forms, etc.).

Participate in brainstorming sessions for enhancing employee experience across sites.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the HRBP on HR initiatives and ongoing projects.
- Assist in organizing HR dashboards, trackers, and documentation
- Support with employee relations cases through documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Help prepare HR presentations, newsletters, and reports for leadership.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Assist with HRIS data entry, document collection, and compliance checks.
- Prepare letters, memos, track training completion and basic HR reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems with good communication skills.
