Job Description:
The Communications & Capital Markets Intern will operate at the core of Arqaam’s institutional engagement strategy. This role spans investor relations, public markets communication, and high-level stakeholder coordination, anchored around execution of the Arqaam Investment Conference.
Key Responsibilities:

Draft press materials, executive communications, and institutional statements tied to conference outcomes and capital markets activity.

Maintain and continuously enhance the firm’s stakeholder tracker, ensuring accurate segmentation of sovereign funds, institutional investors, listed companies, and strategic partners.

Coordinate closely with Corporate Brokerage and Research teams to align messaging across publicly listed company coverage and market making initiatives.

Prepare executive briefing notes and bios for senior-level investor meetings.
Support structured investor follow-up processes post-conference to enhance engagement conversion.
Exposure & Development
Institutional investor engagement models.
Stakeholder tracking and capital pipeline discipline.
Public markets communication strategy.
Conference-to-capital deployment alignment.
Requirements:

Demonstrated interest in capital markets, investor relations, or institutional finance.

Exceptional writing and editing skills with ability to draft executive-level communications and press materials.

Strong research and analytical capabilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to synthesize market activity and corporate developments into clear, strategic messaging.

High level of professionalism and discretion when engaging with senior stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with capacity to manage multiple workstreams in a deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with CRM or stakeholder tracking tools is a plus.
