Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and updating the company’s social media platforms by creating and posting content, including photos, videos, and event-related updates.
- Support the marketing team in planning, capturing, and promoting company events across digital channels.
- Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to boost brand interaction.
- Conduct basic research to identify prospective clients and support outreach initiatives.
- Network with partners, stakeholders, and event attendees to help strengthen brand relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm marketing ideas and contribute to content creation.
- Track social media performance and provide simple analytics or insights to improve engagement.
- Assist with any additional marketing tasks as needed.
Required Skills/Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills (English & Russian)
- 5+ years experience for the permanent role
- Strong interest and basic knowledge of marketing, social media, and digital communication.
- Ability to create engaging content (photos, videos, captions) using mobile devices or basic editing tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage and network with others.
- Creative mindset and willingness to contribute fresh ideas.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks, especially during events.
- Ability to work well in a team and connect with prospective clients or community members.
- Previous experience in social media content creation or event support is a plus
