Job Description:
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding market presence in inspection and engineering services
Key Responsibilities:
- Market & competitor research
- Lead generation and pipeline management
- Client relationship management
- Proposal, quotation & presentation preparation
- Collaboration with technical teams
- Achieving sales targets, upselling & cross-selling
- Sales strategy execution and industry networking
- Partnerships & stakeholder engagement
- Reporting to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
- 1-3 years in business development, preferably in inspection, engineering, or quality assurance services
- Negotiation & presentation skills, client management, multitasking and independent working
