Job Description:
We are hiring a Commercial Cost & Financial Analyst to support our Commercial Operations team, with a strong focus on bid support, tender costing, pricing validation, and commercial cost build-ups.
This role is not a sales role and not an engineering role. It is ideal for candidates from commercial, pricing, bid, or cost control backgrounds who enjoy working with numbers, structure, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain commercial cost build-ups and bid pricing summaries based on RFPs, tenders, and internal briefs
- Translate scope requirements into commercial cost structures (rates, assumptions, pricing tables)
- Build and validate unit rates, pricing models, and cost assumptions (manpower, services, logistics, vehicles, fuel, etc.)
- Ensure alignment with rate cards, supplier quotations, and internal benchmarks
- Identify cost gaps, pricing risks, and inconsistencies within bids and proposals
- Maintain version control, documentation, and cost traceability for all commercial submissions
- Support tenders and proposals with accurate cost and pricing data (no client negotiations)
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field

2-4 years of experience in:
- Commercial costing
- Bid / tender analysis
- Pricing or cost control
- Commercial operations support

Strong Excel skills (cost models, pricing sheets, analysis)

Experience working with rate cards, pricing frameworks, or bid costing
- High attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset
- ERP / BI exposure (SAP, Power BI, etc.) is an advantage
