Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Videographer / Photographer to join a fast-growing, creative marketing consultancy based in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes visual storytelling and wants to create high-impact content across brands, campaigns, and live experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot and edit engaging video content (reels, interviews, brand films, case studies, event coverage)
- Capture professional photography for campaigns, events, portraits, and behind-the-scenes
- Plan and execute shoots across studios, client locations, and events
- Edit, colour-grade, and optimise content for multiple digital platforms
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and content teams to bring creative concepts to life
- Maintain and organise visual assets
- Experiment with new formats, motion, and emerging visual tools (including AI-assisted workflows)
Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in videography, photography, or visual content creation

Strong portfolio showing storytelling, creativity, and editing skills

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop

Experience with cameras, gimbals, lighting, and video production workflows

Strong eye for detail, composition, and brand aesthetics

Ability to manage multiple shoots in a fast-paced environment

Bonus: Arabic language, corporate/B2B video experience, drone or aerial filming
