Job Description:
We are seeking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive with 1-2 years of proven experience. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our portfolio of IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through telemarketing, client referrals, databases, and other approved channels.

Achieve the onboarding of 5–10 new clients per month, with emphasis on high-value and core revenue-generating services

Reconnect with inactive clients shared by the Marketing Team through structured follow-ups and meetings.

Manage and convert leads generated through marketing campaigns, ensuring timely requirement gathering and deal closure.

Conduct competitor and market analysis for key accounts and recommend strategies to acquire similar prospects.
Client Coordination & Communication
- Gather detailed client requirements, including conducting site visits where necessary.
- Ensure that all inquiries, requirements, or BOQs from onsite meetings are shared by end of day (EOD).
- Maintain professional communication and strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate technical support requests strictly via email with the IT team through the CRM system.
CRM Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, estimates, proposals, invoices, and client interactions in ZOHO CRM.
- Monitor sales pipeline progress, follow-up activities, and reporting exclusively through the CRM.
- Update daily schedules, tasks, and meeting plans in the CRM system.
- Ensure all sales-related activities are documented in a timely and accurate manner
Reviews & Compliance
- Participate in monthly review meetings with updated reports and performance data.
- Adhere to internal reporting standards and performance review processes, including annual appraisals.
Requirements:

1–2 years in BD or Sales (proven experience)
