Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-level IT support
- Install and maintain hardware and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues
- Support network connectivity
- Manage user accounts and access
- Monitor systems, backups, and security
- Document IT procedures and assets
Requirements:
- 0–2 years (fresh graduates welcome)
- Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, hardware troubleshooting
- Problem-solving, communication, teamwork
- Independent and team-oriented, service-focused
