Job Description:
Drive revenue for the Talent Division by securing brand partnerships and monetization opportunities for creators. This role focuses on business development, deal closure, and long-term relationship building across brands, agencies, media partners, and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Business Development

Drive end-to-end sales across brand campaigns, influencer marketing, events, whitelisting, appearances,
and digital IPs.

Identify, pitch, and close new business aligned with the agency’s talent roster.
Maintain a strong deal pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Outreach & Market Intelligence

Execute continuous outbound outreach for trending, seasonal, and culturally relevant opportunities.

Build and manage lead pipelines using CRM tools and industry networks.

Track market campaigns and map category-wise opportunities for creators.
Partnerships & Relationship Management

Build and nurture relationships with brand leaders, agencies, producers, and media partners.

Represent the agency at industry events, meet-ups, and networking forums.

Collaborate closely with talent, operations, and support teams to ensure deal success.
Negotiation, Closure & Reporting

Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivities, and timelines.

Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to operations for execution.

Maintain sales trackers, forecasts, and performance reports; coordinate with finance on invoicing and closures.
Requirements:

1-3 years in influencer marketing sales, brand partnerships, media sales, or agency BD.

Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.

Strong network across brands, agencies, and creator ecosystem (MENA preferred).

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Proficient in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and proposal creation.

Self-driven, commercially sharp, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
