Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Zoho CRM Expert who can support and customize our Zoho platforms. This role will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing support of all Zoho -related requirements, ensuring the system is tailored to meet our unique business needs and processes.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, its customization features, and a deep understanding of CRM development. They will work closely with the internal teams to design, build, and optimize solutions within Zoho CRM, ensuring that the platform evolves with the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Customize , configure and develop Zoho CRM to meet the company’s needs, including modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

Develop custom Zoho application workflows

Integrate Zoho CRM with other systems and third-party applications.

Manage and maintain Zoho CRM data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity.

Provide user training and support for Zoho CRM users.

Create and maintain documentation for customizations and integrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Zoho CRM functionality or performance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions.

Ensure smooth deployment of updates and patches within Zoho CRM.

Stay up-to-date with Zoho CRM features, tools, and best practices to continuously improve system functionality.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

2-3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications

Strong expertise in Zoho CRM and at least 3 additional Zoho apps

Advanced proficiency in Deluge scripting

Proven experience with API integrations and automation

Experience supporting real business operations (sales, finance, ops, support)

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills
