Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Application Support candidate with experience and a background in working with Point of Sale/Service (POS) systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to internal customers via Helpdesk, telephone, and email for the range of services and products that are managed by the IT department.
- Diagnose and resolve users’ escalations.
- Troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve Application problems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems effectively.
- Maintain and track open tickets to completion under agreed service levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with knowledge and experience working with Point of Sale
- Experience working with IT -Service help Desk.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Good time management and priority handling.
- Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment.
Note: Candidates holding a parents-sponsored visa are preferred.
