    Job Description:

    A hybrid role owning sales support (60%) and customer success (40%). You’ll support the full sales cycle, manage customer onboarding, handle subscriptions, and ensure a smooth client experience, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Support (60%)

    • Prepare proposals, quotations, pricing sheets, and sales documentation.

    • Coordinate demos, product walkthroughs, and prospect follow-ups.

    • Maintain CRM hygiene (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce).

    • Manage pipeline updates, reports, forecasts, and renewal tracking.

    • Support marketing with lead qualification and nurturing workflows.

    • Assist with RFP/RFQ documentation and submissions.

    Customer Success (40%)

    • Lead onboarding coordination and ensure smooth project handovers.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication.
    • Monitor subscription health, renewals, usage metrics, and client satisfaction.
    • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate on closures.
    • Coordinate issue resolution with technical and support teams.
    • Develop client success plans to maintain strong retention.

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of experience in SaaS/IT; retail industry experience is an advantage.

    • CRM proficiency - Zoho CRM required; experience with other platforms is a plus.

    • Strong understanding of subscription models, renewals, and MRR/ARR.

    • Excellent communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently.
