Job Description:
This is a field-first sales role, with approximately 70% of time spent on outside sales activities and 30% on farming and follow-ups. The SDR will work closely with the Senior BDM, supporting on-ground execution, relationship building, and deal progression.
The role focuses on in-person engagement, site visits, relationship nurturing, and follow-through, while strategic deal ownership and closures remain with the BDM.
Key Responsibilities:
1. On-Field Sales & Customer Engagement (70%)

Visit assigned nurseries, preschools, and childcare centers across the UAE

Conduct in-person meetings and assist in on-site product demos alongside the BDM

Build relationships with owners, administrators, and operational staff

Represent Illumine Labs professionally during field interactions and events
2. Account Farming & Follow-ups
- Follow up with previously engaged prospects and warm accounts
- Nurture relationships post-demo to move accounts toward decision-making
- Handle clarifications, product questions, and coordination before closure
3. Sales Coordination & Support
- Coordinate schedules, site visits, and meetings with the BDM
- Ensure prospects are prepared ahead of demos and follow-ups
- Maintain continuity between field interactions and next steps
4. CRM Updates & Reporting
- Update visit notes, meeting outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Track account progress and share updates with the BDM
- Provide field-level insights on objections, pricing feedback, and competitor activity
5. Market Feedback & Collaboration
- Share on-ground insights about customer needs and expectations
- Work with marketing and product teams by relaying field feedbac
- Support pilot accounts and early-stage customers when required
Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in field sales or outside sales roles

Comfortable spending most working days on the field

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage follow-ups and farming activities independently

Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Valid Driving License
