Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site position for a Front Desk Receptionist at The Hummingbird Cliniclocated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Front Desk Receptionist will manage front desk operations, handle phone calls, greet clients, schedule appointments, maintain records, and ensure smooth communication between staff and clients.
The role also involves assisting with basic administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Requirements:
• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including scheduling and record-keeping
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in Customer Service with a focus on client satisfaction
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and comfortable with scheduling systems
• Familiarity with healthcare or psychological services is advantageous but not required
