Job Description:
As Content & Growth Manager, you will own Mystic’s social presence and growth engine.
This is a hands-on role combining:
● Content creation
● Social & community animation
● Paid ads creative & growth
You’ll work directly with the founders and have real ownership from day one.
Key Responsibilities:

Create, post, and manage content on TikTok & Instagram.

Design drop teasings and key launch moments.

Engage daily with the community (comments, DMs, trends)

Manage influencers & UGC creators.

Create and test paid ads creatives (TikTok & Meta)

Analyze performance (hook rate, CTR, CPA) and scale what works

Contribute to the evolution and refinement of Mystic’s branding across content and social platforms
Requirements:

1–2 years experience in DTC / content / growth

TikTok-native, trend-aware, execution-driven

Comfortable with both creative work and performance metric

You like testing fast, taking ownership, and building from scratch
