Job Type: Full-Time (This role follows a hybrid working model, requiring you to visit the office twice a week or on specific requests. Along with administrative responsibilities, sales performance will be actively monitored)

Salary: AED 2,000 + sales Commission

Role timings: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Minimum Qualification: Any PG/UG course
Job Description:
The Sales and Admin Executive role combines strong administrative support with an active focus on sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Involves managing customer inquiries, emails, calls, preparing client proposal, scheduling meetings, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day office coordination.

Proactive sales involvement through lead generation, cold calling, follow-ups, client coordination, and social media outreach

Support senior management in converting leads, prepare presentations and basic marketing materials, and develop a clear understanding of Ledgerwell’s services to effectively contribute to business growth.
Requirements:

Degree in Finance background required

Previous experience in tele sales is an added advantage

Effective and strong, written and communication skills.

Proficiency in English.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office suit.

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

A Fast learner with detail oriented and an active listener.
