    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Revenue Leadership

    • Own the Number: Take full accountability for the annual team target. Break this down into quarterly and monthly KPIs for yourself and your team.

    • Pipeline Mastery: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Ensure a healthy pipeline of B2B corporate clients for printing, gifting, and event services.

    • High-Ticket Closing: Personally handle high-stakes negotiations and Key Account Management for our largest clients.

    Team Management & Strategy

    • Build & Battle: Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives. Transform them into top-tier consultants who understand the technicalities of offset printing, digital branding, and event production.
    • Sales Strategy: specific strategies to penetrate key verticals (Real Estate, Hospitality, FMCG, Government).
    • Performance Tracking: Implement rigorous reporting (CRM management) to track calls, meetings, and conversion rates.

    Product & Market Expertise

    • Sell the full spectrum of REA’s capabilities:
    • Printing: Offset & Digital (Brochures, Catalogues, Packaging).
    • Merchandising: High-end Corporate & Personalized Gifts.
    • Large Format: Banners, Rollups, Vehicle Branding, Hoardings.
    • Events: Backdrops, Stage Setups, Exhibition Stands.
    • Apparels: Corporate Uniforms and promotional wear.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in printing, branding, gifting, advertising, or event services.

    • Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

    • Ability to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly targets.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

    • Basic knowledge of printing solutions, corporate gifting, branding, or event production (or willingness to learn quickly)

    • Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and pipeline tracking.
