Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Executive to support our business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing profitable experiential projects. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent networking skills, and the ability to convert qualified leads into successful partnerships. As a remote team member, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth while maintaining consistent communication and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently source and qualify new prospects aligned with target projects (15–20 qualified leads)
- 2–3 project closures (Successfully convert leads into confirmed, profitable projects)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, event organizers, and direct clients
- Weekly follow-up & client engagement reports
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration/Marketing, Sales Management
- Strong UAE market experience
- Solid industry network
- Lead generation
- Closing experiential project
Commission Eligiblity:
- 6% of net profit
- Paid after client payment receipt and profit confirmation
