Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to join our team in Dubai. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT sales and an opportunity to work closely with a dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify prospects and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
- Use CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Support marketing activities and campaigns as needed.
- Update and maintain databases within the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Background in Computer Science or a related field.
- Interest or experience in sales and sales management.
- Basic technical knowledge, preferably with experience in IT sales
