Job Description:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR documentation, and coordination with management. The role requires hands-on experience in the Real Estate industry and a strong understanding of UAE labour laws to ensure compliance and smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Manage employee relations and address HR queries professionally.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with management on HR requirements and workforce planning.
- Handle visa, labour, and regulatory documentation related to employees.
- Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR operations.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
