Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to maintain and grow key client relationships while increasing company revenue

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Act as main point of contact between clients and internal teams.

• Address and resolve client complaints.

• Supervise account teams.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, logistics, design, and advertising teams.

• Prepare account progress, goal, and forecast reports.

• Develop customized client solutions.

• Negotiate contracts and meet long-term client goals

Requirements:

• 4–7 years in IT hardware solution sales.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Key account management experience.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
