Job Description:
The Sales & Distribution Manager will oversee Siyate’s commercial growth across local retail, export distribution, and e-commerce sales. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who thrives on building partnerships, driving revenue, and executing market strategies that bring a young luxury brand to life globally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Retail & Local Market

Identify, negotiate, and onboard retail and concept store partners in the UAE and GCC.

Build strong trade relationships to drive visibility, staff training, and sell-out performance.

Lead corporate and gifting partnerships to grow consistent B2B business.
2. Distribution & Export
- Develop Siyate’s export network by appointing strategic distributors globally.
- Manage compliance, pricing, and commercial documentation.
- Attend trade fairs and represent Siyate in B2B showcases.
3. E-commerce & Channel Alignment
- Manage and onboard relevant e-commerce luxury platforms.
- Track online sales trends and optimize retail strategy accordingly.
4. Commercial Strategy & Reporting
- Create and execute quarterly sales and expansion plans.
- Provide market insights, competitor tracking, and pricing recommendations.
- Report monthly performance with clear revenue, margin, and growth updates.
5. Collaborations
- Identify and support brand collaboration opportunities (hotels, designers, lifestyle brands).
- Align with Marketing to ensure collaboration success both commercially and creatively.
Requirements:

5–8 years in fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury retail/distribution (mandatory).

Proven experience managing B2B and B2C sales channels.

Strong GCC network and understanding of regional fragrance retail

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and fluent in English (Arabic/French a plus).
