Key Responsibilities:
- Handle property listings and update listings on portals.
- Assist clients with property inquiries and requirements.
- Conduct property viewings with potential clients.
- Negotiate and close property sales and rentals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and property owners.
- Maintain client records and follow up on leads
Requirements:
- Good spoken and written English required Good communication and coordination skills.
- Property listings, client handling, property viewings, and closing sales.
- Confidence in client handling and negotiations.
