    Kahragen Engineering is a UAE-based engineering company specializing in power, energy, and industrial solutions. The company delivers integrated services across engineering, procurement, installation, and technical support, serving clients across the UAE and regional markets. 

    Job Type: Permanent

    Commencement Date: ASAP

    Role Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Salary: AED 5,000 - 6,000 per month

    Languages: Arabic, English

    Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.

    Job Description: 

    The Receptionist is the first point of contact for Kahragen Engineering and plays a critical role in creating a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment. The role is responsible for front-desk management, visitor coordination, call handling, basic administrative support, and ensuring smooth daily office operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Front Desk & Visitor Management
    • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, suppliers, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Manage visitor logbooks, issue visitor passes, and coordinate with internal staff for appointments.
    • Ensure the reception area is always clean, organized, and presentable.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing courier services, deliveries, and mail distribution.

    Call & Communication Handling

    • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
    • Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up with concerned staff.
    • Handle general email inquiries and forward them to relevant departments.
    • Maintain professional communication with external parties at all times.
    • Administrative & Office Support
    • Provide administrative support to HR, Finance, Operations, and Management as required.
    • Assist with document preparation, scanning, printing, filing, and record management.
    • Maintain and update office records, contact lists, and internal directories.
    • Support onboarding activities such as preparing visitor access, documents, and office coordination for new employees.

    Office Coordination & Support

    • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are prepared.
    • Assist with office supplies management and coordinate with vendors when required.
    • Support coordination with building management, maintenance teams, and service providers.
    • Assist in organizing internal meetings, appointments, and office schedules.

    Confidentiality & Compliance

    • Handle sensitive company and employee information with strict confidentiality.
    • Follow company policies, administrative procedures, and office protocols.
    • Support compliance with internal administrative and operational standards.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
    • Previous experience in an engineering, construction, or corporate office environment is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic is required
