Job Description:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner

Clearly explain products, offers, and ongoing promotions

Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions

Adhere to sales techniques and guidelines provided during training

Maintain product display standards and overall store presentation

Coordinate effectively with supervisors and team members

Ensure accurate communication and smooth customer handling

Represent the brand professionally at all times
Requirements:

Good communication skills in English (mandatory)

Prior retail or sales experience is an advantage; freshers and students are encouraged to apply

Presentable appearance with a positive and proactive attitude

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

Ability to follow instructions and work methodically

Willingness to stand for extended hours and engage with customers

Training & Support:
- Pre-deployment training will be provided
- Clear operational guidelines will be shared during the training period
- Ongoing coordination and support from supervisors throughout the assignment
