    Job Type: Full-time/Internship

    Commencement Date: ASAP

    Duration of Placement: Full-Time or (Internship; 3-6 months, with strong potential for conversion to full-time)

    Role Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

    Salary: 

    Full-time - Based on experience

    Internship - Compensation for food, transport + commission

    Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Law or completed an LLB

    Job Description: 
    We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our dynamic team as Legal Assistants. We welcome applications for both full-time positions and internships. This role offers hands-on support within fast-paced, multicultural environment, with excellent opportunities for professional growth and exposure to high-profile regional cases.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist lawyers with legal research, drafting documents, contracts, and correspondence.
    • Prepare and organize case files, exhibits, and evidence for litigation, arbitration, and advisory matters.
    • Conduct due diligence, review legal documents, and summarize findings.
    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with clients and regulatory bodies.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining confidential records.
    • Support in specialized areas including corporate compliance, IP registrations, fintech/blockchain, and dispute resolution.
    • Liaise with internal teams and external parties to ensure efficient workflow.

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of relevant experience for Full-time
    • Excellent command of English; Bilingual is a strong advantage.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic legal research tools.
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
    • Enthusiasm for legal practice and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
    • Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations is a plus.
