Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our dynamic team as Legal Assistants. We welcome applications for both full-time positions and internships. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers with legal research, drafting documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Prepare and organize case files, exhibits, and evidence for litigation, arbitration, and advisory matters.
- Conduct due diligence, review legal documents, and summarize findings.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with clients and regulatory bodies.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining confidential records.
- Support in specialized areas including corporate compliance, IP registrations, fintech/blockchain, and dispute resolution.
- Liaise with internal teams and external parties to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience for Full-time
- Excellent command of English; Bilingual is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic legal research tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Enthusiasm for legal practice and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations is a plus.
