We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Dubai real estate market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and business partners.

Negotiate and close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.

Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.

Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
Requirements:

Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

1-2 years experience as a Business Development , preferably in real estate.

Strong network and knowledge of the Dubai property market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Fluency in English is required
