Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Proven track record in agent hiring.
- Minimum 2 years in Dubai Real Estate recruitment.

Strong understanding of the Dubai property market.

Established network within real estate.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Results-oriented and highly organized professional
- Fluent English; Chinese or Russian speakers highly preferred
