Job Description:
This is not your average marketing internship. Over six months, you’ll be immersed in hands-on experience across every major marketing function, from campaign tracking to client communication and photoshoot coordination. You’ll work closely with account managers, creatives, and leadership, supporting internal operations while contributing to content strategies,market research, and client activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team with daily administrative and organizational tasks.
- Take ownership of community management across all client accounts, including monitoring DMs, comments, story replies, and engaging with followers in a brand-aligned tone.
- Assist in content creation for internal use or select clients, especially through TikTok, this includes filming, editing, and ideating short-form video content..
- Assist in photoshoot coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and moodboard.
- Shadow client interactions and gradually participate in communication through account managers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Track campaign performance and assist in preparing performance reports.
- Manage and maintain social media calendars for TSI and select clients.
- Collaborate on internal branding initiatives and team engagement activities.
- Support the execution of social media strategies across multiple client accounts.
- Coordinate content creation efforts across departments
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for social media, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and emerging trends.
- Basic knowledge of video editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
- Proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
