    Job Description: 

    This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for administrative tracking, compliance follow-ups, and office operations. It includes light HR administrative procedures (hiring paperwork and labor-related documentation) but is not an HR strategy or management role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

    • Maintain and track contracts, agreements, and operational documents, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

    • Handle compliance-related follow-ups, including licenses, permits, renewals, and regulatory documentation.

    • Support light HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding documentation, employment contracts, visa/labour-related paperwork, and staff records.
    • Maintain accurate spreadsheets and tracking systems for operations, compliance deadlines, payments, and documentation.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of administrative or operations experience in the UAE.

    • Previous experience in Holiday Homes or Real Estate companies.

    • To be comfortable working with contracts, documents, and compliance items and proficiency with spreadsheets and tracking tools.

    • Must be currently residing in Dubai.
