Job Description:
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for administrative tracking, compliance follow-ups, and office operations. It includes light HR administrative procedures (hiring paperwork and labor-related documentation) but is not an HR strategy or management role.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Maintain and track contracts, agreements, and operational documents, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Handle compliance-related follow-ups, including licenses, permits, renewals, and regulatory documentation.
- Support light HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding documentation, employment contracts, visa/labour-related paperwork, and staff records.
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets and tracking systems for operations, compliance deadlines, payments, and documentation.
Requirements:

Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of administrative or operations experience in the UAE.

Previous experience in Holiday Homes or Real Estate companies.

To be comfortable working with contracts, documents, and compliance items and proficiency with spreadsheets and tracking tools.

Must be currently residing in Dubai.
