Job Description:
We are looking for a Trainee HR to join our Human Resources team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and HR operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals passionate about people management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. You will work closely with senior HR professionals to support daily HR functions and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Help organize training and development programs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.
- Stay updated with HR trends, recruitment strategies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of HR functions, recruitment, and labor laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
