    Salary: TBD (Commission Based).The structure is 30% for the first year of the contract, 20% for the second year, and 10% ongoing for every subsequent contract renewal.

    Job Description: 

    The Marketing & Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing initiatives to attract new clients, build long-term relationships, and expand Bureau Harika’s presence in the Dubai market.

    This role is fully remote, part-time, and performance-driven, offering an attractive commission structure tied directly to results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, target, and acquire new clients for accounting, auditing, and taxation services in Dubai and the GCC region.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through effective communication and consultativeselling.
    • Promote Bureau Harika’s services through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
    • Provide regular sales pipeline updates, performance reports, and market feedback to management.
    • Contribute to branding and marketing initiatives, including positioning, messaging, and market penetration strategies.
    • Provide a weekly report on their activities and progress.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in sales and sales management, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
    • Strong English communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver results in a remote, part-time environment.
    • Understanding of marketing strategies and client acquisition techniques; digital marketing exposure is a plus.
    • Experience in accounting, finance, professional services, or related industries is a strong advantage.
    • Familiarity with the Dubai / UAE business environment is highly desirable.
