    Job Description:

    Mystic Advertising Company requires an Account Management professional responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating between clients and internal teams, and ensuring timely execution of advertising campaigns. The role involves understanding client requirements, managing ongoing accounts, handling communications after client requests, and ensuring overall client satisfaction while supporting business growth.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
    • Manage and maintain ongoing client accounts to ensure satisfaction
    • Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to relevant departments
    • Coordinate campaign planning, execution, and delivery timelines
    • Handle client requests, revisions, and feedback efficiently 
    • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
    • Prepare reports, updates, and account documentation for clients
    • Support business growth through client retention and relationship building
    • Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or advertising agencies
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
    • Good organizational and time-management skills
    • Basic understanding of advertising, marketing, and campaign processes
    • Proficiency in MS Office and account management tools
    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
    • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and meet deadlines
