Job Description:
We are looking for the Face and Voice of TCS for the local market. You are not a "news anchor" and this is not a TV station. You are a Creator.
You are the person who can stand in front of a camera, pick up a microphone, and explain why it’s awesome—in the same way you’d explain it to your friends in the Majlis or a coffee shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Talent: Work with our videographer to host short-form content (TikTok/Reels) and long-form videos (YouTube) that grab attention in the first 3 seconds.
- Own the Ideas: You aren't just a puppet reading a script. You will brainstorm hooks, trends, and creative concepts. You know what makes Gen-Z stop scrolling.
- Bridge the Gap: While your focus is the local market, basic English is a massive bonus to communicate with our international partners or diverse team members.
Requirements:
- Khaleeji Fluency is Non-Negotiable: If you sound like a formal newsreader or a robot, this isn't for you. We need White Dialect or authentic Khaleeji flavor.
- Camera Comfort: You don't need to be an actor, but you cannot be shy. You need energy. You need to be able to talk to a lens like it's a person.
- Gen-Z Native: You understand the culture. You know the memes, the pacing, and the tone of social media in the UAE right now.
- Tech-Curious: You don't need to be an audio engineer, but you should be excited about gear (Cameras, Mics, Lights).
