Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to support international business development activities for a growing
design-focused organization. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or entry-level professional who is eager to start a career in business development within an international and creative environment. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business development activities focused on European and international clients.
- Assist with lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups.
- Conduct basic market research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare simple presentations, proposals, and client communication materials. Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements.
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and business activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and positive mindset
- Presentable and confident in client-facing interactions
