Job Description:
The role focuses on driving revenue growth through active sales efforts and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and converting leads into successful sales. The role offers hands-on exposure to sales operations, client management, and business development, providing valuable experience and earning potential based on individual performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support
