Job Description:
As an Appointment Setter, your role is simple yet critical: connect, qualify, and schedule high-intent meetings with potential partners for our business and partnerships team. You’ll be handling outbound communications (calls, WhatsApp, email), managing lead lists, and booking slots into calendars with precision and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospects via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email.
- Pitch Finanshels’ value proposition and qualify interest based on key criteria.
- Set appointments with prospective partners, advisors, or clients.
- Update CRM systems and calendars with accurate lead details and call notes.
- Collaborate with the Partnership team to optimize pitch scripts and targeting.
- Follow up diligently with warm partner prospects and re-engage dormant ones.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets
Requirements:

1–2 years experience in sales calling, lead generation, or inside sales.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (bonus if Urdu/Arabic too).

Confident, persuasive, and highly self-driven.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) preferred.
