Job Description:
The Marketing and Admin Coordinator plays a key role in executing the company’s marketing strategy by managing content creation and coordinating with outsourced marketing agencies. This role ensures brand consistency, timely delivery of campaigns and high-quality marketing outputs across digital and offline channels. The role also ensures that the office administration runs seamlessly and coordinates with multiple vendors and business partners.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, creatively inclined and comfortable working closely with external partners, ideally someone who is media and tech savvy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management – mobile video’s, fun campaigns, client testimonials.
- Create, edit, and coordinate marketing content across digital channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and property listings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and outsourced marketing agencies.
- Coordinate content briefs, timelines and deliverables with agency partners (SEO, social media, paid media, design).
- Review agency outputs to ensure accuracy, quality and brand consistency before internal approval.
- Support the development of marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, decks, and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update marketing content calendar.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, launches and seasonal promotions.
- Coordinate content requirements for campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Assist in optimizing campaigns based on feedback, performance and business priorities.
- Monitor basic marketing performance metrics (engagement, traffic, content output).
- Compile reports from agencies and internal data for review by management.
- Coordinate feedback between internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Coordinate with Front of house and back of house teams to ensure DTCM guidelines are fully followed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with business partners for operational requirements and follow ups.
- Ensure all office reports and processes are fully updated at all times.
- Assist the in-house reservations team in day to day operations. Any other office tasks as required.
