Job Description:
As Siyate’s digital growth driver, you will be responsible for performance marketing, e-commerce optimization, and analytics — ensuring that every click and impression translates into measurable business growth.
This is a hands-on executional role — ideal for someone who thrives on results, testing, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing

TPlan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest.

Develop full-funnel strategies (awareness, acquisition, retargeting, loyalty).

Analyze ROAS, CTR, CAC, and conversion rates.

Manage and scale monthly ad budgets.

Test new audiences, creatives, and channels.
-
Use AI tools and dashboards to improve targeting and optimization.
2. E-commerce Management
- Oversee Shopify performance, UX/UI, and conversion rate optimization.
- Plan seasonal promotions, bundles, and gift sets.
- Maintain accurate product listings, assets, tracking pixels, GA4, GTM, Klaviyo automations.
- Manage email/SMS journeys that drive retention.
3. Analytics & Insights
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide insights on audience behavior and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with creative team to optimize content based on data.

Requirements:

3–4 years performance marketing experience.

Experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, Klaviyo.
