Job Description:
You will lead Siyate’s creative voice and presence across all platforms — from social media storytelling to influencer campaigns, visual direction, and PR activations.
This is a hands-on creative strategist role — you’ll conceptualize, write, art-direct, and create content that evokes feeling and desire while aligning with commercial goals.
You’ll also identify strategic brand collaborations (with hotels, travel, lifestyle, and creative partners) that elevate Siyate’s presence in both retail and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Creative Direction

Translate Siyate’s values and collection stories into conceptual campaigns and digital narratives.

Develop and maintain brand tone, aesthetic, and storytelling DNA across all media.

Lead creative briefs for shoots, videos, and campaign visuals — including art direction, storyboards, and on-set guidance.

Co-develop product launch ideas, packaging stories, and seasonal campaign themes with the founder.
2. Content Creation & Social Media
- Create visually rich and emotionally engaging photo/video content for Instagram, TikTok, and e-commerce.
- Plan and manage monthly calendars that blend storytelling, community, and commerce.
- Use multimedia tools (Canva, CapCut, Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.) to bring creative ideas to life.
- Craft captions, headlines, and short-form copy with an elevated yet relatable tone.
3. PR, Influencer & Brand Collaborations
- Lead PR strategy and media outreach to gain local and global editorial coverage.
- Build influencer relationships — focusing on genuine creative collaborations, not just gifting.
- Curate and pitch cross-brand partnerships (travel, fashion, luxury hospitality, cultural events).
- Work closely with the founder to align collaborations with Siyate’s long-term positioning.
4. Campaign Execution & Reporting
- Manage budgets, timelines, and creative deliverables for shoots and launches.
- Track campaign performance and tie creative outcomes to business KPIs (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions).
- Constantly explore new visual formats and cultural trends while maintaining brand depth.
Key KPIs
- Increase organic engagement and reach across social and PR platforms.
- Achieve consistent brand visibility through top-tier media and influencer collaborations.
- Drive measurable traffic and conversion lift from social and PR activities.
- Secure at least 3 high-quality brand collaborations or press features per quarter.
- Maintain content consistency and quality benchmark (mood, tone, color, message).
Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in luxury, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle marketing.

Strong visual and editorial portfolio.
