    Job Description: We are seeking an organized and proactive Admin Assistant to join our business consultancy team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination among various stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proposal Preparation: Draft and prepare proposals for clients, outlining services, pricing, and timelines for various business consultancy solutions.

       

    • Client Contact & Meetings: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, arrange meetings, and provide timely updates and reports regarding their requirements and progress.

       

    • Coordination & Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, authorities, and internal departments to ensure all processes are followed and completed efficiently.

       

    • License Applications: Oversee and submit applications for business licenses, including follow-ups with relevant authorities to ensure timely approval.

       

    • Visa Applications: Manage visa processes for clients, including preparation and submission of documents for approval.

       

    • Corporate Services: Provide a broad range of corporate services such as document processing, company compliance, government-related paperwork, and support for administrative needs

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Management, or a related field.

       

    • Proven experience in a similar role within business consultancy or corporate services.

       

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

       

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

       

    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

       

    • Knowledge of company formation and regulatory procedures is a plus.
