Job Description: We are seeking an organized and proactive Admin Assistant to join our business consultancy team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination among various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Preparation: Draft and prepare proposals for clients, outlining services, pricing, and timelines for various business consultancy solutions.

Client Contact & Meetings: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, arrange meetings, and provide timely updates and reports regarding their requirements and progress.

Coordination & Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, authorities, and internal departments to ensure all processes are followed and completed efficiently.

License Applications: Oversee and submit applications for business licenses, including follow-ups with relevant authorities to ensure timely approval.

Visa Applications: Manage visa processes for clients, including preparation and submission of documents for approval.

Corporate Services: Provide a broad range of corporate services such as document processing, company compliance, government-related paperwork, and support for administrative needs
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in a similar role within business consultancy or corporate services.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Knowledge of company formation and regulatory procedures is a plus.
